Y Fferws, named after the Fferws brook running just behind the bed and breakfast, is one of our largest and brightest first-floor bedrooms, featuring a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a deep bath and rainforest shower.

Y Fferws can be used as a king room for single or double occupancy, with an incredibly comfortable king-size bed. It can also serve as a family room for up to four guests, with an equally comfortable pull-out double sofa bed. Both beds are dressed in high-quality bedding with super-soft 400 thread count Egyptian cotton linens and a selection of pillows for each guest.

The en-suite bathroom boasts a deep bath with a Victorian-style shower and handheld shower over, along with a toilet, sink, heated demister mirror, and heated towel rail. A shaving point and fully lit mirror are provided, along with all toiletries and sumptuous towels sourced from Myddfai Trading in Carmarthenshire — luxury Welsh toiletries with a social conscience.

In addition to the bed and sofa bed, the room features a large oak desk/dressing table, perfect for working guests or preparing hot drinks from the hospitality tray. This includes a pod coffee machine, two mirrors, a double charging socket with a USB port, a guest information book, and a hairdryer.

Y Fferws also offers a large built-in wardrobe with shelving, two bedside cabinets with touch lamps, blackout curtains, and adjustable lighting.

A wall-mounted smart TV is available with Freeview channels and streaming options including BBC iPlayer, Netflix, and Amazon Prime.

The room includes full guest high-speed WiFi with no access code required.
